FRLS takes great pride in its specialty unit of Attorneys, Paralegals and Support staff available to assist migrant workers with legal issues throughout the State of Florida. The Unit currently has 5 attorneys, 4 paralegals, support staff, translators and interns all of whom have expertise in issues affecting farmworkers and their families. The Unit’s staff is fluent in Spanish and Haitian Creole and has access to translation services for hundreds of languages.

FRLS provides services to the farmworker community in the areas of Wage Payments, Minimum Wage cases, Pesticide problems, Worker’s Compensation, Worker Protection Laws, Farmworker Housing Issues, Human Trafficking, Unemployment Compensation and Food Stamps.
