Planned Giving

A planned gift to FRLS demonstrates your belief in our mission and your commitment to ensure justice for all. By including FRLS in your estate plan, you can help secure justice for those in need for years to come.

Tribute Gifts

What better way to honor a family member, friend or colleague than to make a gift in their name that will help improve access to justice for the most vulnerable South Central Floridians? You can do this by making a tribute gift to Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc. FRLS will inform individuals of the generous gift that you made in their honor and the impact it will have on the lives of the clients FRLS serves.

Bequests

When you name FRLS to receive a bequest or other gift through your estate plans, you play a personal role in increasing access to justice in South Central Florida and beyond. You can name FRLS in your will or trust, or as a beneficiary of a retirement plan, savings account, or life insurance policy.

Endowments

Endowments are a popular way to make a charitable donation whose contributions are not expendable, only the earnings on those contributions are available to support FRLS. Endowments will be crafted to meet the Florida Charitable Endowment Tax Credit.
