(JENSEN BEACH, Fla.) — Early bird registration is now open for the 2025 19th Judicial Circuit Bench Bar Conference, a premier legal event bringing together judges, attorneys, and legal professionals from across the region.
The conference will take place Friday, Oct. 24, at Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa, located in Jensen Beach. The venue offers scenic oceanfront views and high-end amenities, creating a relaxed setting for dynamic legal discussions and professional development.
Hosted by Florida Rural Legal Services, the Bench Bar Conference provides a unique opportunity for members of the judiciary and the legal community to engage in open dialogue and to learn from industry leaders within the 19th Judicial Circuit. The circuit includes Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties.

Early bird registration runs through Sept. 26, offering a 20% discount on standard conference rates. Legal professionals are encouraged to take advantage of the reduced pricing before the deadline. Attendees can expect a full day of programming, including continuing legal education (CLE) sessions, keynote presentations, and panel discussions on topics affecting courts, clients, and communities in the region.
In addition to education, the conference offers valuable networking opportunities. Participants will connect with fellow practitioners, court officials, and community advocates in an atmosphere designed to foster collaboration and mentorship. Organizers say the event is ideal for judges, attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff at all levels.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available for law firms, bar associations, and businesses looking to support the legal community and raise their profile. Sponsor packages include visibility during the event, exhibitor space, and branding in conference materials.
