Christian has worked 35 years in public service in different roles from determining eligibility for social programs to supervising and mentoring staff to training new hires policy and computer skills. She has also been active in the community working with senior citizens for over 25 years and participated in the Department of Children and Service mentorship program for foster children.
Tina Talarchyk, Esq.

Talarchyk is an accomplished legal professional specializing in felony criminal defense, appellate law, and complex litigation. She has served as Felony Criminal Legal Counsel and an Appellate Administrative Hearing Officer, and provides strategic counsel in business litigation, workouts, bankruptcy litigation, and Chapter 11 reorganizations. Tina has extensive experience in international property rights, restitution claims, and arbitration.
Mark Barnes, CPA

Barnes is originally from Pittsburgh and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in accounting from Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania in 1988. He made his way to Florida by-way of Ohio, accepting a position at a CPA firm based in Ohio with offices in Florida. Soon after moving to Florida he found his way to DMHB, and has been with the firm for 19 years.

Ryan serves as the appointed Regional Counsel (Agency Director) for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 4th District (RC4). Ryan is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Ryan is a Florida-raised entrepreneur, advocate, and community leader dedicated to serving the underserved. With a background spanning finance, nursing, and nonprofit leadership, she is the founder of Angelina’s Heavenly Cleaning, LLC, a Realtor with Keller Williams Suburban Tampa, and the CEO/President of A1 Opportunities, a nonprofit she launched in 2019 to combat homelessness and support vulnerable populations.
Hon. Kimberly Bonner

Hon. Bonner serves as a Circuit Court Judge in Florida’s 12th Judicial Circuit, where she has presided since 2013 and previously served as Chief Judge from 2019 to 2021. With over three decades of legal and judicial experience, Judge Bonner has served in every division of the circuit court and previously spent more than a decade as a County Court Judge, culminating in her election as President of the Florida Conference of County Court Judges.

Kite was born in Nassau, Bahamas, where she began a distinguished 42-year career in banking, becoming one of the first women in the country to rise to a senior managerial role. Her work spanned major banks across the Bahamas, Canada, and the U.S. She holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies and a Master’s in Christian Religious Education from Jacksonville Theological Seminary.

roles at both the district and school levels, including mentoring new
teachers and sponsoring student leadership organizations. She was

Education Association (FEA), and the National Education

Holsey is an Operations Analyst with one of the Florida State Bureaus. She has a prosperity of over 40 years of experience in dealing with client relations issues and diagnostic experience. She is committed to seeking the best resolution for any situation that she’s involved in.
Michael Joseph

Joseph was born in London and immigrated to the United States in 1971. While living in Florida, he worked for many years at Cutler Federal Mailboxes and was actively involved in the company’s union. He later moved to Detroit, where he worked in road construction and marketing before eventually returning to Florida. Now retired, Joseph stays active by volunteering with organizations such as the City of Lakeland, the Children’s Museum, the Garden Club, and Success Express.

Larson is a legal advocate with decades of experience in civil legal services, specializing in housing, migrant rights, and elder law. She served as Executive Director of Three Rivers Legal Services from 2014 to 2021 and spent over 15 years in leadership roles at Florida Rural Legal Services, including Deputy Director and Managing Attorney. Christine holds a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
Tracey Murvin

Murvin has a love for serving others. She has worked for Polk County Public Schools for the past four years serving students and staff as a Nutrition Assistant. She retired from the Florida Department of Health in 2018, after thirty two years of working in various capacities serving Florida’s families and communities. Tracey is excited about the opportunity to continue to provide

Each legal aid organization functions under the leadership of a non-profit board of directors. LSC hosted a webinar that explained the board composition requirements of LSC Regulation, 45 CFR Part 1607.3, and provided strategies for effective recruitment and retention of attorney and client board members.
