Taniquea Reid Wolliston, Esq.

As an attorney, Wolliston is well known to both her colleagues and opposing attorneys as an aggressive attorney who advocates for her clients in areas such as Homeowner’s Insurance claims and litigation, commercial property claims, family law, debt collection defense, probate, personal injury cases involving car accidents, slip and falls, and trip and falls, and landlord-tenant actions.

Kimberly Bonner
Vice President, FRLS Board of Directors
Kim Bonner is a former judge who now specializes in mediation and arbitration. She also co-manages her family’s cattle ranch in Sarasota. With more than 30 years of legal and judicial experience, she served on the bench from 2002 to 2022, including as a Circuit Court Judge in Florida’s 12th Judicial Circuit from 2013 to 2021 and Chief Judge from 2019 to 2021. Throughout her judicial career, she presided over every division of the circuit court and spent over a decade as a County Court Judge. Her leadership culminated in her election as President of the Florida Conference of County Court Judges.

Sybil Christian

Christian has worked 35 years in public service in different roles from determining eligibility for social programs to supervising and mentoring staff to training new hires policy and computer skills. She has also been active in the community working with senior citizens for over 25 years and participated in the Department of Children and Service mentorship program for foster children.

Mark Barnes, CPA
Treasurer, FRLS Board of Directors
Barnes is originally from Pittsburgh and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in accounting from Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania in 1988. He made his way to Florida by-way of Ohio, accepting a position at a CPA firm based in Ohio with offices in Florida. Soon after moving to Florida he found his way to DMHB, and has been with the firm for 19 years.

Antony Ryan, Esq.
FRLS Board of Directors
Ryan serves as the appointed Regional Counsel (Agency Director) for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 4th District (RC4). Ryan is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Angelina Ryan

Ryan is a Florida-raised entrepreneur, advocate, and community leader dedicated to serving the underserved. With a background spanning finance, nursing, and nonprofit leadership, she is the founder of Angelina’s Heavenly Cleaning, LLC, a Realtor with Keller Williams Suburban Tampa, and the CEO/President of A1 Opportunities, a nonprofit she launched in 2019 to combat homelessness and support vulnerable populations.

Tracy Harrell

Harrell is a dedicated professional educator with Palm Beach County Schools. Over her 40-year career, she has held various leadership
roles at both the district and school levels, including mentoring new
teachers and sponsoring student leadership organizations. She was
involved with the Classroom Teachers Association (CTA), the Florida
Education Association (FEA), and the National Education
Association (NEA).
Benjamin Mordes, Esq.

Mordes brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to justice to his role as a board member. As a partner at a leading South Florida law firm, Benjamin has devoted his career to advocating for individuals and families facing significant legal and personal challenges. He is particularly known for championing the rights of those who are underserved or disadvantaged, working to ensure fair treatment and equitable access to justice.
Mordes is an active member of the Florida Bar, serving on two committees, and was recently appointed as a special assistant public defender for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office in a pro bono capacity.

CaSandra Holsey

Holsey is an Operations Analyst with one of the Florida State Bureaus. She has a prosperity of over 40 years of experience in dealing with client relations issues and diagnostic experience. She is passionate about integrity and believes in gaining a comprehensive understanding of any issue presented to her. CaSandra is an advocate of justice. She is committed to seeking the best resolution for any situation that she’s involved in.

Michael Joseph
FRLS Board of Directors,
Client Member
Joseph was born in London and immigrated to the United States in 1971. While living in Florida, he worked for many years at Cutler Federal Mailboxes and was actively involved in the company’s union. He later moved to Detroit, where he worked in road construction and marketing before eventually returning to Florida. Now retired, Joseph stays active by volunteering with organizations such as the City of Lakeland, the Children’s Museum, the Garden Club, and Success Express.

Christine Larson, Esq.
FRLS Board of Directors
Larson is a legal advocate with decades of experience in civil legal services, specializing in housing, migrant rights, and elder law. She served as Executive Director of Three Rivers Legal Services from 2014 to 2021 and spent over 15 years in leadership roles at Florida Rural Legal Services, including Deputy Director and Managing Attorney. Christine holds a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.

Tracey Murvin
FRLS Board of Directors
Murvin has a love for serving others. She has worked for Polk County Public Schools for the past four years serving students and staff as a Nutrition Assistant. She retired from the Florida Department of Health in 2018, after thirty two years of working in various capacities serving Florida’s families and communities. Tracey is excited about the opportunity to continue to provide
services to Florida’s families through Florida Rural Legal Services.
Margaret Thumberg, Esq.
FRLS Board of Directors
Thumberg is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is also a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and Treasurer of the Polk Area Real Estate Council.
While at The Fund, she presented hundreds of live seminars and webinars, including the New Member Training Program, and has been a speaker at the 2011, 2012, and 2018 Affiliate Assemblies, the 2018, 2019, and 2022 Fund Assembly and moderated panels at the 2016 and 2017 Fund Assemblies.
