When Michelle complained her landlord started harassing and intimidating Michelle. The stress was impacting her health and when her landlord filed a wrongful eviction against Michelle, she reached out to FRLS for help.
A FRLS attorney represented Michelle and the wrongful eviction was dismissed. When the landlord later failed to make the repairs needed FRLS was able to obtain a return of her deposit and Michelle was able to move into safe housing.
