Overwhelmed by debt and seeking a solution, our client turned to Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc. (FRLS) for assistance with filing for bankruptcy. Bankruptcy gives individuals a fresh financial start while ensuring the fair treatment of loan providers and creditors. Our client accumulated a considerable debt of $153,653.50, spread across student loans, car payments, and various other expenses.

Earning an insufficient salary that cannot maintain loan payments, her options were dwindling, prompting her to seek out assistance from FRLS.
